中加楓華國(guó)際學(xué)校2016年秋季馬上就要開學(xué)了，各位學(xué)生們是不是已經(jīng)準(zhǔn)備好行李迫不及待的想回到楓華這個(gè)大家庭呢？但是，需要注意的是：暑假作業(yè)、暑期實(shí)踐還是要完成的哦。下面我們就一起去聽聽來自中加楓華校長(zhǎng)Mr. Setters的開學(xué)小貼士吧！

校長(zhǎng)說：給10年級(jí)BC學(xué)生和家長(zhǎng)的小貼士

An announcement to all grade 10 students and parents

接下來的幾樣?xùn)|西對(duì)學(xué)生們?cè)趯W(xué)校的學(xué)習(xí)生活比較重要：

It is important that all students come prepared to school with the following supplies:

1、一個(gè)科學(xué)計(jì)算器。數(shù)學(xué)課一般都使用如下圖所示的科學(xué)計(jì)算器。

A calculator. Our math department recommends the Casio Natural Display calculator (see photo below)

2、一個(gè)筆記本電腦或平板電腦(如iPad)。這對(duì)于10年級(jí)BC學(xué)生非常重要，因?yàn)樵S多教師在網(wǎng)上有重要課程**，所以如果學(xué)生沒有筆記本電腦，可能會(huì)處于比較不利的地位。

同學(xué)們手中有筆記本電腦也是有些風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的，我們必須讓宿舍老師和班主任嚴(yán)格管控他們對(duì)電腦的使用。

A laptop or a tablet (like an iPad). This is important for grade 10 students as many teachers post important course work online, so if students don't have a laptop they will be disadvantaged.

That is always a danger with students having a laptop. We must rely on our dorm teachers and homeroom teachers to control their use.

3、專門的體育運(yùn)動(dòng)服。所有10年級(jí)BC的學(xué)生都必須參加體育活動(dòng)，穿運(yùn)動(dòng)服和運(yùn)動(dòng)鞋是比較方便的。

Separate PE Gym clothes. All grade 10 students must take PE, and it is more convenience to have clothes, and sports shoes for this class.

4、每個(gè)學(xué)科要有一個(gè)活頁夾。來幫助學(xué)生們保持組織性，他們?cè)?*學(xué)期最少需要5個(gè)活頁夾(按上課學(xué)科)。

A binder for each subject. To help students stay organized, they should have at least 5 binders for semester 1.
